At Dabeli Hut, the safety and wellbeing of our customers is our highest priority. We take allergens seriously and are committed to providing clear, accurate information to help you make safe and informed choices.

1. Transparency

  • A full list of allergens for each dish is available on request.

  • Our team is trained to answer allergen-related questions and to guide you through our menu.

  • Customers are encouraged to inform us of any allergies or intolerances before ordering.

2. Food Preparation

  • While many of our dishes are naturally vegan and vegetarian, some may contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, soya, mustard, sesame, or dairy alternatives.

  • All dishes are prepared in the same kitchen, and although we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free from allergens.

3. Clear Labelling

  • Where packaging is used, it is clearly labelled with allergen information in line with UK food safety regulations (including Natasha’s Law).

  • At events, allergen information is displayed on menus and available on request.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • We kindly ask all customers with allergies or intolerances to speak to us directly before ordering, so we can provide accurate guidance and minimise risks.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Our team regularly reviews allergen management procedures and stays up to date with UK Food Standards Agency (FSA) guidance.

  • Feedback from customers helps us improve and maintain the highest standards of safety.
